⚒️ How to Pause/stop Email or SMS Review requests for users:
- Go to ‘Reputation’ tab
- Navigate to ‘Requests’ section
- Click on ‘Stop/Restart’ Button to pause or resume review requests for individual contacts
This update empowers users to fine-tune their communication strategies and maintain personalised interactions with contacts during recurring email and SMS campaigns.
