What’s New;
- We are now accepting external IDs as AltId in the Inbound message API.
- The external ID will be passed in the Custom Provider delivery payload
- We are also returning the external ID in the integration Webhooks
This will help to map inbound messages with external message IDs, especially when the user is trying to thread messages appropriately in case of message replies.
